As a service tech I used to eat pretty heavily due to my larger than average energy needs. Now as a project manager I have gone from 3 meals a day down to 2. This works well to keep my weight off and I feel sharper. I have a small breakfast at around 6:00am and then a decent size lunch at 12:00-1:00pm or so. Then nothing until the next morning.
So far so good.
