I had a bad family encounter back in the spring and when I got home I was so tensed up I had headaches. It actually felt dangerous. My wife lined up an appointment for me and Iwent. Never been rubbed down. When I left, the tension was gone and the headaches were cleared. So I agree, the tension relief is quite real.
