I have to agree. Passive income is only truly passive when you have created the system and it grows and pays out automatically, like investing.

Real estate is always a phone call away from hell on Earth. Affiliates are good for pocket change unless you work like hell full time and become an expert marketer. Digital courses to require constant upkeep of the content to match new products or materials, e-books are the same as affiliate marketing and content pics will have you spending hours to go out and gather the pictures that will get passed over.
