"Keyboard warrior" I love that term. I've noticed for years when people do not have that physical danger element to contend with they become monsters. It started with over the phone customer service reps, then went to email. Now it's semi-live chatrooms and social media postings.

I bet if they had to meet these people in a parking lot, things would be quite calm and quiet.
