May I ask, what technique do you find is reasonably effective in convincing people to actually subscribe? I have had the most difficult time with this over all the websites I've operated. It seems as though people are just annoyed with the pop-up/under/over sign up forms. They also are tired of being bombarded by constant offers. I would certainly appreciate any thoughts on this.
