Thank you for the kind words. As a PM I too get the consistent job site aggravation and stress. I find it sad to that so many guys get bent out of shape and somehow take things too personally. It is just a job. It gets even worse if the end user/customer has unrealistic expectations.
There is most definitely a time and a place to get angry, but how we express it is 100% of the game. It's our responsibility to hold ourselves to a higher standard and to lead by example.
