…ve lived safely all their lives, they become so accustomed to safety that they feel entitled to it. So when someone presents them with rules like ‘don’t open the window’ or ‘don’t get out of the car,’ they cannot comprehend why they shouldn’t do as they please. That is the nature of entitlement.
