You bring up a lot of great points. The main item is that not everyone IS created equal. We will always need those who do the menial labors. I think that the school system has "defeated" the dreams of those who wanted to be teachers and turned them into mindless drones who now are forced to read from the book and check the tests. If I were to dream of being a teacher, I'd imagine interacting with students are a far reaching level instead of monotone deliveries of information.

I always approach things as a mechanic. What I see here is a long term failure that has reached a point where it practically needs rebuilt. It is way beyond maintenance. ...And yes, not all jobs in this world value or desire creativity, but what a sad crime to squash a blooming flower as it is in it's most fragile state. This leads to a child growing up to hate the world--when it doesn't have the opportunity to be appreciated because some system decided they were more valuable as delivery boy. Quite sad really.

All the best. Thanks for reading :-)
